Vegetable Wash. Mix 1 tablespoon of white distilled vinegar in 1.5 quarts of water and clean your veggies.
Deodorize the Lunchbox. Soak a slice of bread in white distilled vinegar and leave in lunchbox overnight.

Substitute for Ketchup. Be like the British and try cider or malt white distilled vinegar on fish and other fried foods.
Give Birds a Cleaner Bath. Scrub bird baths with diluted white distilled vinegar and rinse well.

Tenderize Meat. Use distilled white vinegar in marinades or when cooking tough, inexpensive cuts of meat.
Clean the floor. Mix 3 drops of dishwashing liquid with equal amounts of distilled white vinegar, alcohol and water. Spray your floors and use a wet mop.

Unsticky That Pasta. Reduce the starch in your pasta by adding a dash of white distilled vinegar during cooking.
Stop Ants. Distract ants by pouring white distilled vinegar in the area.
